You can try to rip them with Cdrwin as .bin and .cue files.
But Cdrwin isn't a free software.

But why 600mb? ^^
All files on the cd are around 100mb...
and i want a ~100mb iso to play!
Is somewhere a guide "How to rip your PSX CDs for Dummys"?:p

Use Alcohol 120% or magiciso.
Find a full version using P2P or torrents if you can't pay for one.

Probably there is a way to compress the ISO, but from 600 to 100!!! that's too much.

well iso's aren't small to begin with they vary in size from 300 to 700megs. so i suggest you play using the actual disc.

Vagrant Story PSX ISO it's around 700Mb on cue-bin format, but it compresses up to 70Mb or less with Rar or 7-zip format at max compression.
Ikaruga NTSC-J on DC it's ~800Mb cue-bin but rared it's less than 20Mb. So you never know ;)

Most CDs and specially DVD-ROM games a a bunch of dummy data, so it's to compress a lot :)
