Is there a program that will let me lock other programs that i have on my pc at home i'm running windows XP XP2 i do not want my son to play ZSNES all the time when he gets on the PC

Instead of just locking the application itself it would be best to lock the actual roms aswell. That way even if he installs a new emulator which as you know is very easy he is going to have a hard time using the actual roms.

Also avoid using easy to remember things as passwords.
