How to fix missing Fusion gear icon?

I am currently in the process of downloading a Sega emulator and following a tutorial on YouTube. I have downloaded the necessary software, including Fusion, but I am unable to locate the gear icon for the Fusion application. Is there a solution to this issue that you are aware of?

It would help if you told us what file you downloaded exactly, that is a very odd problem.

It seems that error is of fusion emulator or your os.

Everything can hang in windows if you use it.

Latest fusion version is: 3.6.4
