EmulationStation, LaunchBox, EmuLoader, QuickPlay... those are frontends.
The ones you mentioned are either multi system emulators, or "platforms" that integrate code from third party emulators.
But to entertain the question, I would go for Bizhawk or Retroarch for myself.
