Newbie: VBA help and stuff

I need help playing all the pokemon advance games on my Visual Boy Advance emulator. This is my first question, my second is can you play multiplayer with VBA? I really need this help
please help soon!!!
1. Download the emulator.
2. Extract it from the ZIP(or any other compression) file.
3. Download the rom and extract it.
4. Load the rom to the emulator and configure the controls.
If any other problems arise feel free to ask.
And yes, VBALink has multiplayer support.
