hi, i had to reinstall windows xp on my laptop becauseit was slowing down on me way too much. it has a mobile AMD sempron(tm), processor 3600+, 319 MHz, 896 MB of RAM and Physical Address Extension. for some reason whenever i play a game on my vba emulator, it never reahes 100% or really close to 100%, it gopes down below 85% sometimes it'll go 20-27%. i don't know how to fix it. if anyone can tell me how that would be great thanks!
