First off, hey guys! My name is Chris. I was searching through the web and came across this site, seems to have a lot of knowledgeable users so I figured I would ask you guys,
I recently found out about the VBA emulators and have been playing pokemon Fire Red on it. I recently came by a video of a guy who made a downloadable rom for the Arceus pokemon (which is not found in firered). I want this pokemon on my main account/game BUT it turns out that on both of the vbas (the vba that my game is saved on and the vba that his arceus pokemon is saved on) are of the older version (they dont have the option>link) on it.
Is there a way you can trade WITHOUT having the newer version vba with the "link" or..is the only way I can trade with the newer vba? (Both the saved files don't work on the newer vba, only the older one without the link).
