ROM Trouble

I am a newbie at this site I apologize in advance. I have soft modded an Xbox, and have added several emulators and roms with them. The saved roms with a white tab all work. The ones I have downloaded with a yellow tab and when I unzip them they do not work. How can I fix this? I have been trying to play Arm Wrestling for NES but have had no success. Thanks in advance.

Your roms are correct im mean no bad dumps.

Thanks for the help. The only one that I can't get to work now is Arm Wrestling for NES. It give me a list of chp and chv titles. Any thoughts. Thanks
