Recently on Youtube I spotted this:

The thing is, I can't tell what is this: a PSP emulator or a program to see PSP screen on PC monitor (they've got a lot of similar videos there in which enlargements of PSP screen via PC are shown (but I doubt it)), or is there a PSP connected to the PC (also doubt it), all because of the low quality of the video. What bugs me even more is the very hardly readable name of the program which could be shown in the title bar of the window. If anyone could sharpen the video, or just a screen, or do anything to figure out what's written there and solve the mystery, I would be grateful.
