Hey guys I've done a bit of reading on this but before I send my requestion to Santa I thought I'd check see if yous think what I think is right.
I'm looking to edit data saved from PS2 games much like editing savestates. The general idea is save the game on the PS2 and copy it to a flash drive, open the file from the flash drive on the PC with a hex editor and make the changes then load it back up onto the PS2.
To load and save to a flash drive I'll need some cheat software such as Action Replay Max or Codebreaker V8+
Does that seem like it's all correct?
Also anyone had any experience using external hard drives on there PS2 or know if the same software works for them as for the flash drives?
