i use NEMU to play online with a friend-WWF no mercy
but the bad is that i am form europ and he is from canada and my or his ping is too high
can the ping somehow be lowered?

Yeah, get a faster connection. A faster PC will also help ping time.

well i am with cable and my connection is pretty good
the PC is also good
if i disable the sound?!!!

Even though it's a cable connection, it might still have a high latency. Also, emulators don't often have very good netplay functions.
