Nineteen64 Emulator Full Screen Problem

Houston, I am a noob at emulators. Now that that's out of the way...

I'm playing Star Fox 64 (Lylat Wars, since I'm using the Australian version) and the game plays perfectly, but when I try to go to full screen, about a fourth of it is sheared off, so I'm missing some of the left side and getting a lot of black on the other.

Never mind, fixed the problem myself.

But how do I make the little black bar at the screen's bottom go away?
