i'm trying to play metal gear solid in epsxe but the cutscenes are full of breaks

Sounds like a bad or ripped ISO. You'll either need to make a new one or find a different source for it.

Rules here prohibit discussion of romsites and such so you're on your own from that point I'm afraid.

thanks i got a different rom and it worked but now i find some wird lines in the screen that go up
