I'm setting up a front end. I will have 100s of games when I'm done, all pointing to the emulator app that will run them. If the time ever comes I decided to keep the games as-is but simply change the emulator that runs them, I DONT want to have to go back and relink each ROM to the next emulator individualy.
I was thinking of just using a generic path name like C\Nintendo\emulator.exce for example.
So here is my question:
Are most emulator files dependent on the .EXE being a certain file name? Would renaming the .EXE break the emulator in some way so it won't function properly, if at all?
