alright, so just about every game i try and play, works at first, but then starts to slow down. fps is a an ok 30, but then drops when the game actually starts. i can run a lot of games, including skyrim on high.

CPU speed 2.2 Ghz performance rated at 6.05
i own these games, but i do not have a wii because it broke, waiting for the wii u to come out.
games i really want to play are metroid prime 1-3
resident evil remake
legend of zelda skyward sword, windwaker, twilight princess
paper mario thousand year door
give it to me straight, does my computer have what it takes to run these games at normal speed? or am i just wasting my time trying to get them to work.
