Emulator Problem: How I run E-card levels for SMA4 in "Visual Boy Advance"?

I have problem to run E-card levels for Super Mario Advance 4.

I have download file 0619 E-reader (U).gba and this software work with my emulation until I need to scan e-cards.

I download the three files for Super Mario Advance 4 from here:

I choose all three download-files under "Super Mario Advance-e Collection" on this page.

What I need to do with my *.dir and *.raw-files so I can run the e-card levels for this games?

But how I do with "Visual Boy Advance" to play this E-card levels?
