Getting started

Hail.

I have played Gba and Snes-emulator games about two years.
I decided to start use Playstation emulators. So i would want to know how i can start. Please tell me about plugins, and other important things. What psx-emulator i could choose? How i can use it? Where i can get roms and how I use them? Etc.
