I am looking for someone who uses VisualBoy-GBC and plays Oracle of Ages on it. What I want to know is; have you ever gone back into the first dungeon after coming from Rolling Ridge and found two chests in the room to the direct west of the room where you go down stairs to get the Bracelet?
I find these chests all the time and I don't know if they're supposed to be there or my game is glitched. The chests each have one rupee and just going to the next room and coming back resets the chests each time so it become neary endless way to collect rupees. (Though I must admit, I never used it as such, so I can't honestly say, it's endless). Also, the room with the chests which was divided before by a wall that you had to go south then east then north to access is now gone and you can walk from the chests to the east through a gap in the wall.
If anyone has a Visualboy GBC and a file of Ages completed, would you please check and see if this is also on your game?
