d3d_renderer.znc where do we put this?

I`ve downloaded MAME116u1 and I`ve found out it`s really different!Now the mama supports zinc drivers but where do I have to put this d3d_renderer.znc???

p.s. Street Fighter 3 New Generation works with bad sprites and colors but you can play it actually
