I'm trying to use Digital and not analog it shows that i did set the digital but i'm still using analog so far this is the only game that I know of whis this problem
 
The Mame in game input analog controls might be mapped with any digital controller (keyboard, digital gamepad, etc) afaik
 
Thanks hagbard for a quick reply I got it working now all I did was disable the analog setting for that game it was saying Track Y Analog N/A and Track X Analog N/A i set them to None the only thing i do not know is why did it set it to N/A do you know how to map the mouse to a Jump button or shoot button i press the mouse button and it does nothing :p
 
I think you need to move the mouse in the direction you want while key/etc press it's required
