In order to use a Playstation emulator you need a playstation bios (the most common being schp1001.bin).
However the bios is subject to copyright exactly the same as game roms meaning we cannot advise, discuss or provide any links to where it can be obtained online as this site prohibits discussion of romsites or illegally aquiring other copyright material.

Google might help though.

You must download it somewhere from google.com and unzip it and put it into bios folder and have your emulator config to find it.

to get it legally, you must own a real PSX, and then dump the BIOS yourself,

there are a couple of easy ways to do this (hard one was hooking your hardware to your PC)

this one is a little simpler.
