3DS / 2DS gamecard hack (or whatever the wording is

I wonder if it is possible to get the hacked card for the 3ds or 2ds so you can play games from gameboy to 3DS does anyone know if its possible

Also what should i buy a 3DS or a 2DS

2DS is cheaper
but 3DS might be more worth it for games like phoenix wright and newer games......idk what to do

Any suggestions?
