Saturne emu

I have a problem with this i cant get a cd block plugin to load it refuses to load wot the options it has can anyone help?

That is the only emulator i dont know how to run... its only saturn emulation i dont know how to make work, i tryed every emulator... can someone explain how you put that working? i tested the emulator now and puted all plugins work because i made the aplication have windows 2000 compatibility or it would even read the dll file, anyway saturn emulation is realy the worst thing ever done... its so dam confusing and cant make dragon force work eitheir.
