Currently, i use Dreamweaver to make the website we use for our radio station (www.territoryfm.com)

My boss has asked me to set it up so he can upload .wav sound files so others can download them.

How do i work this out ?

I doubt he wants them appearing on the actualy website for the casual web surfer - this is more a technical thing he wants to be able to do.

Whats the easiest method.

Thank you for any help in advance,
Gino.

Looks something like to create a FTP server, there're lots of programs to do this but I can't recommend any specific one, sorry for that

i think he is pertaining to an FTP directly to the server of your website. anyways, you can use
BULLETPROOF FTP, CERBERUS, SERV-U,GN6.
in my oppinion, Cerberus is the easiest one to use and configure.

cheers and goodluck

The easiest method firs tof all is to convert them to MP3 so they aren't huge.

Secondly, just put them in a directory named with random letters or numbers.. You can upload the wave files via dreamweaver just like any other file, or upload them using an FTP client..

Then just give a hyperlink to the file, to the people you want to download it.
Or if this is only for a few people, why not just attach the file to an email and CC everybody...
