Everytime I do a Quick Save or the game auto saves, appears the following...

http://img42.exs.cx/img42/4384/hl2error9ki.jpg

That in english should say:

The instruction at "0x241f5a38" referenced memory at "0x00dfacc". The memory could not be "read".

Do I need a patch or something?

try a patch or reinstalling the game. Something might have happened while it was copying the files to your hd.

Steam lets you dl patches and stuff from the valve's website. You can also buy(dl from the website) the full games like hl2 and cs.
