There is a way to get NES emulators on an IPHONE. Youtube has lots of instructional videos on how to put them on an Iphone or Ipod touch. As far as putting an NES emulator an a regular phone I don't know how to do that. Hope this helps you.
You could try vNES, but I think the 600 is too slow to run it nicely.
It's a commercial emulator, but if you're phone is fast enough it's worth the money.
