SSF troubleshoot

I keep getting an error that says"
SSF‚ð�Ä‹N“®‚µ‚Ä‚­‚¾‚³‚¢." or "Please restart SSF."can you guys help me?

And can you guys tell me in detail step by step on how to play isos on ssf and how to set up ssf, please?

Look through the whole forum about SSF for solution.

Note :
I can't use SSF as my PC don't have SSE2 support which is required for that emulator.
