So it seems that with every emulator I try I always manage to get image tearing, It doesn't matter what ROM I am trying to run. snes9x seems to be the only one I have tried and not gotten with issue. I have tried messing with the timings and syncing frames and such to no avail. Any help would be great as in any tricks to do in order to get things running smoothly. I have tried this on my 1280x800 LCD laptop screen and on my 1024x768 old CRT TV via S Video Cable with no luck.
