Project 64 1.6 NOT WORKING!!!

I've installed this before but after I'd rebooted the whole computer cause it had a virus. Anyways after when the installation is done it pop-up the language options. I click ok for ENGLISH. Then came out this.

Direct3D failed to initialize.
Error code:8876086A
D3DERR_NOTAVAILABLE


Then....
The default or selected video plug-in is missing or invalid.
Check that you have at least one compatible plugin file in your plugin folder.


After it pop-up to the settings. Then try to go the Configure Graphics Plug-in...Pop-up a graphic error: Initialize the dll before you try to configure it.

Then try to open a rom to play (alrighty extracted). Pop-up this now

Cannot open a rom because plugins have not successfully initialised.

Help please. I've alrighty reinstalled this 3-4 times & still can't figure this stuff out.

Make sure you have the following things:

• A video card / integrated video.
• DirectX (the latest one. 9.0c for any Windows, 10 for Vista).
• At least 8 MB of video memory for Direct3D applications (such as this emulator).
• A video plugin.

You need to update your video card
