I thought it would be pretty impolite not to give an update to my problem. I finally got DOS to recognize NTFS at startup, thanks to NTFSDOS Professional. <WINK> That $299 bill was pretty spendy though. </WINK> So I overwrote the file and ran the crack and then it didn't work. I was pretty pissed, so I tried another crack, also didn't work. So I ended up deleting my Windows partiton. That's the good thing about storing your files and programs on a separate partition, that way you don't lose anything when something goes funky with Windows. Atleast I know I can use DOS for NTFS at startup now, YAY!
