Well you might wanna DL a program like Sei PSP Tool which can be found on pspupdates or you can do it manually by simpley making 2 folders with the same name but 1 of the folders must have a % behind it so it'll be like this.
SNES

and the larger eboot will go into the one without the % and the smaller eboot will go into the one with the % behind it. so it'll be like this.
SNES <------ large eboot
SNES% <------small eboot
