I need some GameShark cheats for Pokemon LeafGreen and Emerald and also how to do the Master Code thing it always goes on about

can someone link me a guide or tell me how anything would be a great help.
I was just also looking on a few site's and saw that there are diff versions, How do i find out what version of the game i have got.
IE.
Pokemon Emerald
Pokemon Emerald WPM #1
Pokemon Emerald WPM #2
Pokemon Fire Red v1.0
Pokemon Fire Red v1.1
Pokemon Leaf Green v1.0
Pokemon Leaf Green v1.1
Pokemon Leaf/Fire v1.0 WPM
I usally play with the VBA on the computer then just transfer the save file to my PSP gba emu
btw i also have a PSP Homebrew gpSP v0.9. GBA Emu for PSP.
