i got a playstation game that is an mdf file. how do i play this with my ePSXe emulator?

I just got done getting my psx configured with everything neccessary and I have to start downloading games for it. I went to ********** and noticed that each game is 5 or more different files that are 50mb each. I have alcohol 120 and winrar so what should I do after I download all of the files...

I have project 64 and it play all of my games pretty good except all of the mario party games. After it shows the n64 logo, everything just goes black. Can anyone help me fix this or suggest any good plugins I might need?
