Is there an option to setup a LAN network server for 2 ppl that wanna play fighting games without internet access and the 2 computers are right next to each other in the same home.?? Is there one or is it only doable via netplay?

I mostly play on ZBattle but I'm lookin' around here to see if anyone around here wants to game in some NES or SNES or even Arcade games.
