Hi, Im bad at introductions

Hi I have a problem, I downloaded arcadepc loader and set up my xbox pad. but when I play kof 13 it doesn't detect diagonal movements which means I cannot jump forward or do moves that require joystick movement Please advise. and thanks in advance for any help
