I overwrote my first save state by accident, is there any saved game log, or something that records the saved games, that I can access and restore my previous save and continue the game? please help.

I'm not sure if this is possible but, I just saved over another saved file on Pokemon Leaf Green on the Visual Boy Emulator, which means I'd have to start it all over again... Is there anyway I can acess the document of all the saved files and restore the one that I want? If there is anyway...
