when ur at the psyduck part u keep gowing up and the screen goes white. when i go down the screen returns to normal. anyone knows how to fix this problem?

ok the emulator works fine. i played naruto path of the ninja i was so far in that game, i saved it but then the next day when i tried to play the game my save was lost. i had to start a new game. that sucks. now i dont wanna restart the whole game so can someone in here help me get a game save...
