I am very new to emulators. I downloaded a new legend of zelda: ocarina of time ROM and i've been looking for a good N64 emulator that is compatible with vista. I tried several like project 64 1.6, ultrahle, and trwin, and as soon as i open them there will be endless blank internet explorer...
