having problems with pscx2

The program is not recognizing the advapi32.dll that I downloaded after intal pscx2 0.9.4. what else could be the problem. I'm running Win2000/SP4 Amd Athlon 1500X+ 1.5GB ram and 300GB HD. PLZ help.
