I need help with Nsx2

Can you tell me how to configure it to play PS2DVD - Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire [PAL] [MULTI5] ? When I try to play it the erorr with Nsx2 encoutered a problem.... appears. Can u tell me how to configure it for any game? What should I take into consideration?
