    New to emulating

    My kids want to play Sonic & Shining Force on the PC but I don't have the faintest ideea of where to start other than with something called an emulator - whatever that is. My PC is an Athalon 900 with Windows ME as the operating system. Can anyone give me suggestions? :confused:

    My kids want Shining Force and Sonic on the computer - where do I start? All I know is that I need an emulator (what ever that is). I've got an Athalon 900 PC with Windows ME. :confused:
