I'm new in town

Hi guys, I'm quite new to all of this. I just bought one of those retro gaming consoles

The console claimed to have hundreds of games across several consoles etc. Anyway, turns out it's pretty crap, very bad interface, the games seem to be knockoffs, pretty sure I got scammed.
Anyway, is there a way I can wipe the consol and manually add games? Can I add different games from different consoles, such as NES, SNES, N64, Atari etc? I have no idea how to do this so a little help would be much appreciated 😊
