{PCSX2} God of War II always locked at 50 FPS.

So, guys, my God of War II game always runs at 50 FPS, even when on the lowest settings. Of course, if the settings are higher than my laptop can handle, it has slowdowns. But I just don't understand how I still have 50 FPS on the lowest settings, like I have on the optimal settings for the laptop.:dry:
