Satourne Blue Screen Issue

Hello, im learning how to use Satourne V2.0 I am getting better at it. I am trying to run Shining Force 3. I can get the ISO to work however when the game starts it looks like it's covered by a blue film and there is no sound how do I fix this? Also, when I try to load Backup RAM it wont open anything when I select Load, i'm somewhat of a noob at this but any help is appreciated. Thanks
