Is this a decent pc for sony emulation?

Here are the specs:

AMD Turion 64Mobile Processor. (2.2 ghz, 1mb L2 cache, up to 1800mhz system bus)

1024 mb system memory, 80 GB hard drive, lightscribe 8x ddvd rw and cd rw combo drive with dbl layer support.

For PlayStation 1 emulation, yes. For PlayStation 2 emulation, 75% of probability it won't run.

Your PC is perfect for PS1 emulation.
ePSXe ran perfectly on my old PC (1.5GHz,256RAM) so it will have no problem in your's.

It runs even on an older 850 MHz Celeron with 128 MB of RAM and integrated video.
