usb joypads

ive still my old megadrive controller, is it possible to get a usb converter so i can use it to play games with?

i want something similar for nitendo although i dont have the original controller and im in the sega section lol

any help would be appreciated!

unfortunately the usb to sega adapters never really took off. This mainly because of this..
