ok I just buyed a programme called Snag IT vr8.01 I think well the problem is when I capture a video No sound and that sucks. I am new to advance photo and vidoeo capture programmes, so..why can't I capture any sound???? I WANT SOUND lol

Buyed lol...
Go to your Windows' volume control and then click Options --> Properties. Select the Recording option and hen click OK. New controls will appear, but they're for recording. Select Stereo Mixer or Mono Mixer and try again. You should get sound.
Of course, the availability of Mono or Stereo Mixer depends of your sound card, but I bet most of them even integrated ones come with them.
