If you have Service Pack 2 installed, the "Professional" line disappears. That's completely normal. Even if the line is not there, your Windows XP is still professional, but better than the normal and Service Pack 1 ones.

Yes, but playing with boot screens is dangerous if you don't know what you're doing.
My boot screen displays for like... 5 seconds.. Is it really that important to change them these days?
