Error 80000004 Please Help

HI ALL Back with another problem
Anyways evrything going great all other psx games working on my psp and then I downloaded Crash Bandicoot iso 1-3 works fine on my comp using epsxe. I checked a compatabilty list and it syasy its fine.
I converted it using psx2psp upload it to X:/PSP/GAME/8AAFB5FD and tried to start it up on the psp.
It did this: Went Black tried to run it went back to the psp menu and said
"Game Could not Start Error 80000004"
Please help this isn't a faulty iso

Maybe you need another psx BIOS.
Some games need other BIOS to run correct.

Have you applied any custom themes on your PSP?

Btw: Downloading copyrighted material (in this case games) from internet is illegal, it is adviced that you make ISOs of your own games.

a BIOS is a chip with hardcoded instructions that tells the system how it's supposed to work.. Would be the easiest way to put it..

Think of it like a brain of sorts.. Directing traffic, making sure the right things talk to each other.. It allows the system to handle input and output. Whether it's button pressing or rendering to the screen.

No BIOS is needed when you emulate PSX games on PSP.

(PSP Firmwares probably have a PSX BIOS, or at least HLE one).

So any ideas why the iso wont boot???

Ok then, i asked because that can happen when you replace some files on flash0 with the custom ones.

I'm not really sure what could cause this error, have you put keys.bin along with the eboot?
