chrono cross not working

my chrono cross wont work i start up the epsxe it dose the cut scene i hit new game and it turns black plz someone help

Major Problems:
[1] Game locks up in the status menue
[2] Game locks up when using Elements
[3] Low frame rate with certain effects and battle menues

Solution: [1] Don´t use gpus higher than 1.68
[2] Don´t use EPSXe 1.6.0
[3] Turn off "Full VRam Primitives" in the gpu
Glitches: Still some frame slowdowns
